Returns
Because Alya is a food product, we can't accept returns on opened bottles. Once a shot's been opened, food-safety rules mean it can't go back into circulation. But we stand behind every bottle:

If your order shows up damaged, broken, or wrong, email us at hello@alyahealth.com within 14 days with a quick photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus return shipping.
